Young Photographer Has Artistic Eye: Pleasanton Photo Of Week

PLEASANTON, CA – Camera capabilities have dramatically improved on iPhones, to be sure. But to capture a photo like this? That takes an artistic eye.

Twelve-year-old Katie Woo took this dramatic, rainy-day picture in Pleasanton about a month ago from her iPhone, and we love it.
