Woodworking, soap making, glassblowing, photography, fiber arts, metalworking and jewelry making will be shown by Poway Arts & Crafts Guild Members & guest artists when they participate in the Annual Sam Hinton Folk Heritage Festival in Old Poway Park on Saturday, June 7 from 10 am to 5:30 pm. Arts & crafts booths will be around the fountain between the bandstand and the train depot.
The Folk Festival features traditional music in the bandstand all day long. There will also be storytelling and jam sessions throughout the park.
Additional artists will be on the Historical Society boardwalk from 8 am to 2 pm for the June 7 Boardwalk Craft Market. Please see the separate listing for details.
