Only three Boardwalk Craft Markets until Christmas!
Shop local on the boardwalk. Unique, one-of-a-kind gifts can be found at the Boardwalk Craft Market in Old Poway Park on Saturday mornings from 8 am to 2 pm.
A Poway tradition since 1993, this juried show of traditional crafts offers good buys from local artisans who create fine woodworking, sculpture & pottery, sterling silver, mixed metals & dichroic glass jewelry, clothing, paintings & cards, holiday decorations, hand-blown glass, photography, hand-spun yarns, baskets, toys, garden & patio decorations, quilts and much, much more!
There is a different selection of artists each Saturday. Among those scheduled for December 7 are: Jemima Thomas, wooden toys; Anthony Lungulow, welded garden tables, wine & candle holders; Gerry Norman, Christmas ornaments from hand-spun angora rabbit hair; Lorraine Gilbert, animal portraits on stone & jewelry; Dennis Caldwell, fine woodworking; Valerie Ann Bailey, sterling silver jewelry. Additional artisans will be showing hand made soaps, photography, gourd containers, children's clothing, cards, prints, Christmas ornaments, games & puzzles and many more items.
Follow the signs around and through the Farmers Market to Old Poway Park. There's lots of parking inside the Park, just steps from the Boardwalk Craft Market.
