Solar power continues to rise in North County with a New $1,500 Cash Payment 

SAN DIEGO (April 11, 2013) – Poway resident Alex Morozov was getting tired of seeing his summer electric bills getting close to the $700 range. He knew with increasing utility rates his bill would continue to rise too.
