Differences Can Be The Glue That Binds Us

Todays post I would like to focus on two groups that are different and that normally considered in opposition to one another. That is Unions and Management. Unions work for the employees, Management works for ownership and investors. However, ultimately it is the frontline employee that IS the image of the company. Therefore, by increasing employee morale and job satisfaction, quality increases and as does company image. The employees however must be cognizant and respectful of the bottomline and their place in the organization. Increases in profit is one thing however increases in market share deliver dividends over a short term gain. It is also a diversification of the core client base, thereby insuring the company greater stability during a downturn. Which then increas
