Frogman Fitness through the Poway Unified Adult Education School is provided those soon to be 9th graders looking to improve their strength and conditioning for their upcoming high school sports season; or those high school athletes who desire to reach the next level of fitness; and those high school athletes that desire to join the military and get a taste of the physical fitness requirements of the most elite units in the US Armed Services.
