NYE Dinner at The Terrace

Enjoy a five-course prix fixe dinner at The Terrace on New Year's Eve.

Start with a lobster bisque, followed by a pear salad with spring greens and champagne vinaigrette and kunal stuffed mushrooms.

For your entree, choose from:

• bacon-wrapped filet with roasted pee wee potatoes and ginger-glazed rainbow carrots and sauce béarnaise or
• macadamia-encrusted Chilean sea bass with saffron risotto and braised Swiss chard with Malibu Rum butter sauce.

Dessert will be:

• Zeppole (Italian doughnuts) with strawberry Champagne Sabayon and chocolate sauce or
• Chocolate Fudge Brownie Martini with House Made Vanilla Bean Speck Ice Cream

Both dessers will be served with a glass of sparkling wine or apple cider.
