Once Upon a Hallowe’en is sponsored by the Old Poway Park Action Committee. Activities include:
- Riding aboard the Halloween Express (nominal fee)
- Pumpkin carving contest
- Costume parade
- Children's games in the Nelson House
- Readings from Edgar Allan Poe in the Green Park
- Sweet treats (nominal fee)
