Old Poway Park Action Committee member, San Diego Folk Heritage, celebrates Sam Hinton with the annual Sam Hinton Folk Festival.

Bring your instruments! There will be jamming under the trees in the picnic area. Follow the music!(You might want to bring a folding chair.)

• 1:00 PM............ Bluegrass jam
• 1:00 PM............ Old Time Music jam (behind Templar's Hall)

Dance information:

• 11:00-12:30..... English Country Dance. Teacher: Chris Page
• 1:00-3:00......... Contra Dance. Caller: Chris Page. Live music by Ranting Banshee
• 3:30-5:00......... International Folk Dance--line dancing. No partner required. Teacher: Mary Marshall
