The Second Annual Golden Idol Talent Competition features locals in the 55-plus age group. The event will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the Ed Brown Senior Center, 18402 W. Bernardo Drive (in Rancho Bernardo Community Park). Donations at the door of $5 per person ($3 for Freedom Club Members) will be gratefully accepted. Plus, all finalists are invited to perform and march in the RB Spirit of the Fourth Parade. Prizes will be awarded to our most talented seniors. In addition, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be invited to perform at the Rancho Bernardo Spirit of the Fourth Community Fair on the stage in Webb Park near the lake on Thursday, July 4th!
