Heads Up: 'Really Big' Tree Falls Across Genesee Near Governor Drive

The roadway may be blocked for next three hours or so.

San Diego Police report a large tree has fallen across northbound lanes of Genesee Avenue, near Governor Drive. The City’s Department of Public works has been notified.

Police tell a news reporter the closure would be in effect for up to three hours because it’s a “really big’’ tree.
