Peter Pan comes to St. Michael’s Holy Family Center
POWAY, CA – March 2, 2015 – Join Peter Pan, the Darling children, and the mischievous Tinkerbell as they fly off to Neverland and come face to face with Captain Hook and his band of bungling pirates, Tiger Lily and her Brave Indians, and of course a ticking crocodile. This exciting adventure will unfold at St. Michael’s Holy Family Center in Poway, April 30 – May 3.
With the assistance of ZFX, students will take to the air as they fly to Neverland in this 1954 Broadway version of “Peter Pan” which features the iconic songs “I’m Flying,” “I’ve Gotta Crow,” “I Won’t Grow Up,” and “Never Never Land”. “After four months of hard work and dedication, the cast of more than 50 St. Michael’s student, grades K through 8, is very excited to present this classic tale,” said Claire Orona, Music Director of “Peter Pan.”

“In its sixth year, the theater program at St. Michael’s School helps students develop an appreciation for the performing arts. It also teaches discipline and stage presence and gives children confidence to perform in front of an audience,” Orona said.
Performances begin at 7 pm on Thursday, April 30, Friday, May 1, and Saturday May 2. There will also be a matinee on Sunday, May 3, at 2 pm. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased now at http://www.showtix4u.com . For more information, please email smspeterpan@gmail.com
