Financial Emergency Preparedness Meeting to be at Poway City Hall Council Chambers

The Poway Neighborhood Emergency Corps (PNEC) will feature Merrilee Boyack on Feb. 23, as a guest presenter on “Financial Preparedness: What to do for money emergencies small to great.” The 7 pm meeting will be in the Poway City Council Chambers.
Boyack is an estate planning attorney with over 30 years experience. She served as a Poway City Councilmember for eight years and was the founder of PNEC. Merrilee will be sharing her experience with financial and legal matters from living in California through power outages, unemployment, wildfires, earthquakes, stock market upheavels, and real estate roller coasters. The general public is invited to learn how to be financially prepared for whatever hits. This is a do-not-miss event that will be jam packed with practical information that applies to everyone.
The nonprofit PNEC works to complement the City of Poway Emergency Operations Plan through a grass roots communication network of neighbors. For more information on PNEC, please visit http://powaynec.com.
