Poway High Athletes Dominate All-CIF Team Honors

Nine Poway High School student-athletes have been named to 2012-13 Winter All-CIF San Diego Section first and second teams, according to an announcement by the San Diego Hall of Champions on Tuesday.

PHS senior Victor Lopez, in addition to being selected to the first team in wrestling, was named Wrestler of the Year.

Across six winter sports, 132 athletes were chosen for first and second team honors by a committee of coaches and media.
