Poway's Outdoor Oasis: Photos Of The Week

POWAY, CA – Area residents are quite lucky as they can take a break from the 9-to-5 grind and head to nearby Lake Poway, a serene spot for fishing, boating, hiking or a simple relaxing picnic.

Patch reader Kris Buenger snapped these photos of the lake -- lovely images and great reminders to us, all, to put down our phones and laptops, set aside work and get outside to marvel nature.
