San Diego’s First Yoga & Float Dual-Therapy in Old Poway Village
Yauvana Yoga and Float signs 65-month lease in Poway

SAN DIEGO – Lilian Markowitz, representing the lessee in this transaction, signed a 65-month lease of a 2,263 square feet space for $284,655.17. Yauvana Yoga and Float will now occupy a space in Old Poway Village, located on Midland Road, adjacent to Old Poway Park and The Poway Middland Railroad Heritage Museum.
Since the acquisition of Old Poway Village in 2017, The Heritage Group has worked on bringing a synergistic tenant mix to the center that will serve the Poway community. The space, former offices of Pomerado News, will be transformed to a yoga studio and private rooms with float tanks. Additionally, there will be a small retail area for items related to the therapies offered.
Lev Mizan, Kyle Clark and Dan McCarthy of The Heritage Group represented both sides of the transaction.
