San Diego Unified School District provided a kit of two COVID-19 rapid antigen tests for all students to self-test at home before returning to campus in January. Your student should have brought home an iHealth COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test Kit from their school prior to the winter break. Free replacement kits, additional kits and rapid testing are all available at the district’scentral office testing location.
Please have your student(s) use one of the district-provided at-home COVID-19 rapid antigen tests on Friday, Dec. 31, and the other on Monday, Jan. 3, before returning to school. Each student should be tested and use his or her own test. If you have questions about how to use these kits, more information is provided below.

IMPORTANT: Please upload your test results immediatelyhere - no matter the test result. If you have not previously used Primary Health for your student, registerhere before uploading results.
Uploading your test results lets your school know to prepare for your student’s absence in the event of a positive test, meaning teachers can start to pull together lessons for your student immediately.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE KITS
Please note that any student who has had a COVID-19 infection in the past 90 days should not use the test kit. The test may be positive because of a prior infection.
Whether your results are positive or negative, please report the results at https://my.primary.health/l/sdusd_testing.
