Unlicensed Driver Injured In Poway Crash
The 36-year-old woman was taken to Palomar Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries.

POWAY, CA – A 36-year-old motorist who was badly injured in a crash at a Poway intersection had been driving without a license, a sheriff's sergeant said Friday.
The unlicensed driver was behind the wheel of a Jeep Liberty that collided with a Ford F-150 pickup truck on Midland Road at Hillery Place shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday.
The crash left her trapped in the wrecked Jeep, according to sheriff's Sgt. David Cheever. The Jeep's driver was later freed and was taken to Palomar Medical Center to be treated for what turned out to be serious injuries, Cheever said. The truck's driver was apparently unhurt.
