Video: Man Wanted for Allegedly Burglarizing Multiple San Diego County Businesses

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA – San Diego County Crime Stoppers and the Santee Sheriff’s Station are seeking the public's help in identifying a man wanted in connection with identity theft and burglary that reportedly took place at several businesses across San Diego County.
The surveillance video below shows a man allegedly using a lost debit card at a BevMo, Best Buy and GameStop in Santee. According to San Diego County Crime Stoppers, he also allegedly made unauthorized purchases at Best Buy, SAKS Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, T-Mobile and a Shell gas station in Carmel Mountain, as well as the Beauty Gallery and Target in Poway.
Officials said the debit card was lost on Oct 13 at a restaurant in Santee. The card was reportedly used multiple times between Oct. 13-14 throughout San Diego County, racking up $3,300 in unauthorized charges.

Officials said the suspect is described as a Black man, medium build, between 25 and 40 years old, with a bald or shaved head. He may have a mustache and was last seen wearing a grey and white button down shirt and jeans.
Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about these crimes is asked to contact the Santee Sheriff’s Station at 619-956-4000 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at 888-580-8477. Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case. Anonymous email and text messages can also be sent in via www.sdcrimestoppers.org.
