Just imagine a society where everyone is paid enough to survive, had the resources to adapt and where the market established standards and cost controls that actually worked...
Kids do not pay attention in the class room because it is not an engaging environment, we need to change that through making it engaging student by student. Through utilizing technology to allow the process to be more automated and the teacher to spend time on each student at their own pace.
Corporate profits are short term gains in a time when sustainability of a business should be realized as the longest term most secure gain. In this case those profits can get recycled into the incentive or regular pay of employees. When vested in the company they work for, studies have shown people perform better and are happy. To take it a step further, employee owned companies mean accountability as well for each individual employee.

This is not to say that any given employee may be actually less than their then presented value, even if they were not to measure up to the metrics that the majority can measure up to. In that case they move on to another job or career.
It would be great if all of this meant full employment but all I am getting at is effective employment.
