Why I Switched to Independent

Why I Switched to Independent

Because I am independent. One cannot be about bringing different sides together if they are on one side. But it is more than that, even as a Democrat I had the same ideas and philosophies as when I was a Republican. Nothing changed. I have always been about being pro-business and pro-employee, about progress and working toward the common good. Always the opinionated one, there is no one answer to anything and looking at history that has been clear. San Diego is so divided, I created a group called We the Voters to not get people to vote one way, get people to get engaged and vote their way-- based on their convictions-- based on their families needs, The problem with politics has always been a division between peoples, a civil war of sorts. People complain about politics and politicians but these politicians-- often not deserving their post-- are voted solely by the will of the dominant party of the area. It’s time to dominate, as a people-- Independent of all of that. To end a war marked by political discrimination and begin a way marked as a street is-- with direction and two sides, working together. Join us.
