Why Should I Keep My Company in California?

California’s regulatory environment and anti-business practices is renown.  I have first hand experience. Especially through the recession.  My firm is slated to create many jobs into the next two years, except many more if we relocate to Texas or another pro-business state. The status quo prevails in California-- Democrats vote for Democrats and Republicans vote for Republicans. All of the seats stay as they are with the same make up and direction. Democrats are weak in tackling how businesses can be pro-employee and the Republicans are weak at tackling how employees can be pro-business. It’s all very possible. But no one is doing it. So if Republicans continue to vote for Republicans and Democrats continue to vote for Democrats-- regardless of the possibly pro-business AND pro-employee solutions proposed by a candidate, including myself and my campaign for Assembly-- then why should my business and its associated jobs stay in California? In a day when a Republican with socialist and failed economic policy (leading up to bankruptcy) is voted in by Republicans and a Democrat with contradictory and skewed economy policy remains voted in by Democrats. The bottom-line is clear. Which is why government needs to be ran like a business-- by the people (shareholders) and for the people (customers).  Politicians aren’t going to do what we need It’s the voters. Voters-- make us business owners want to stay in California. You have the power to make that statement.
