An ambulance was called to Highway 78/79 in Wynola at about 1:30 p.m. Monday after a collision between a car and a motorcycle that was carrying two people.
The driver of the white Saturn had been at Wynola Pizza, a witness said, and the motorcycle was traveling eastbound toward Julian.
CalFire, Julian/Cuyamaca Fire Department and Mercy ambulance responded.
