Goldman Sachs Subpoenaed

Goldman Sachs was subpoenaed by the Manhattan District’s Attorney’s Office over activities leading up to the financial crisis, a person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press.

Goldman has been watched since marketing risky investments that bet on the housing market just before the mortgage meltdown, while simultaneously reaping billions from its own bets that housing would collapse.
