RAMONA, CA — Patch reader Cheryl Johnson captured these photos of cactus flowers in her yard in Ramona.

"I love cactus. They have the most beautiful flowers and are so resilient," Johnson said. "My cactus plants love the Ramona climate. I always can find some blooms, even in the middle of a blazing hot summer."
