There is no judgment here, just real listening, understanding and the &nbsp;building of trust based relationships within our community.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is where it all starts people and we build out from there. Adobe Population Health, an innovative care management company serving the southwest, announced today they will be offering health fairs at three Arizona locations in July and August for WellCare members. 
Health fairs will have representatives on-site providing point-of-care testing, immunizations and boosters, well-child visits, comprehensive health assessments and more unless otherwise noted below.

 <li>Saturday, August 1st – Murdoch Community Center – 203 E Brannen Ave, Flagstaff, AZ – 9AM - 2PM – Blood Pressure Checks, A1C Checks, Diabetic Eye Exams, Comprehensive Exams, and Well Child Visits</li>
