San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy sponsors the strenuous 4.5-mile hike. Hikers will go up to the summit of the east fork of the area named for John Clevenger, one of the first settlers in San Pasqual Valley in the late 1800s. Will rise to an elevation of 1000 feet.
