Barbara Decker will be the guest speaker at the meeting. Decker is very involved in voting and politics and has learned about the U.N. Agenda 21/sustainable development and ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Decker has been speaking at tea party groups and other Republican Women's groups.
