The Rite Aid pharmacy at 1670 Main St. in Ramona sold for $5.75 million.
The 22,224-square-foot pharmacy is in the same shopping center as Stater Bros. and was built in 1995, according to The Daily Transcript.
The paper reported that the buyer was Frances Munoz, trustee of Corona Del Mar-based Frances Munoz Trust. And the seller was RA Ramona Investors, LP.
