San Diego County Gas Prices Dip to Second Lowest Memorial Day Cost Since 2011
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline San Diego County was at its second-lowest amount for Memorial Day since 2011.

SAN DIEGO, COUNTY - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline San Diego County was at its second-lowest amount for Memorial Day since 2011 Monday, behind only last year.
The average price dropped two-tenths of a cent Monday to $3.038, one day after rising two-tenths of a cent, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It is 1.8 cents more than one week ago, 3.3 cents higher than one month ago, 22.3 cents greater than one year ago and 23.3 cents above what it was on Jan. 1.
The average price on Memorial Day 2016 was $2.815. The Memorial Day record price is $4.28, set in 2012.
