We live in Ramona and want to buy a single-family Ranch-style home 1+ acres for $410,000 or less. The traditional market is tight so I thought it would be worth asking around using this board. We know their are neighbors or people who may know someone looking to sell in the next few months. So here is our shot to find a home that we may not have otherwise located. We are VA pre-qualified. Expected close of escrow no later than April 15, 2014. We are looking to retire.
