9 Rancho Bernardo Boys Earn All-League Volleyball Honors
Del Norte High School's West Mandell was named the Valley League's Player of the Year.
The 2012-13 All-league boys volleyball teams have been named, as chosen by league coaches, according to U-T San Diego.
