Lake Hodges Community Cleanup Day

Lake Hodges is a true gem to our community that must be maintained for future generations to enjoy.

During these difficult economic times it is important that the Rancho Bernardo community takes an active role in maintaining our local parks.  This is why my office is teaming up with the “I Love a Clean San Diego” organization for a community cleanup day at Lake Hodges.

Volunteers will help remove litter and debris from the lake and surrounding trail system while getting a chance to explore and enjoy the many scenic trails.

The event will be held this Saturday at 9:00 am.  The meeting location will be across the street from the Country Store at 20154 Lake Drive in Escondido.
