On Sept. 20, Brookfield Residential was recognized for building some of the best new homes in San Diego. Descanso at Del Sur, the builder’s newest neighborhood in the region, was a finalist for Best New Detached Community in the 2014 Building Industry Association (BIA) of San Diego County Icon Awards.

Builders in this category were recognized for home design and the overall home buying/marketing experience.
