This week's Crime Watch reveals several drug-related crimes on New Year's Eve.

Five people were killed in San Diego County crashes over the New Year's weekend, up from the one death during the holiday weekend last year that was one day shorter, according to the California Highway Patrol. There were 59 drunken driving arrests in the county over the long weekend, one fewer than last year. Across the state, 24 people were killed and 1,270 were arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, according to the CHP.
