Chalk it up at the Second Annual Rancho Bernardo Community Council's Sidewalk Chalk Art Event. This FREE event will be opened to everyone in the county, so bring the whole family! No artistic skills required. The event will include free 'goodies bags' for all participants, free refreshments from Starbucks and Souplantation, free face painting, and free chalk to draw on the sidewalk. Prizes will be awarded in all age categories. Winners will be contacted if they leave early.
