On Thursday, July 26 at 6:00 p.m., El Bizcocho will host the Regional Taste Exploration with Folio Fine Wine Partners. Priced at $99.00, guests can join a special four-course dinner paired with wines from California to all over the world from Folio Fine Wine Partners. Each course will include two dishes, a local dish versus a regional Mediterranean dish. Guest are encouraged to judge which regional pairing is best while they enjoy their dining experience.
The special menu for the evening includes delicious courses like the First Course West Coast Spot Prawns paired with Isabel Mondavi Chardonnay versus the Mediterranean Langoustino paired with Donnafugata "Chiaranda."
