FREE CONCERT AT THE RANCHO BERNARDO LIBRARY. The Friends of the Rancho Bernardo Library will feature the exceptional pairing of flute and harp by first chair harpist, Julie Ann Smith and first chair flutist, DeMarre McGill of the San Diego Symphony.
