The League of Women Voters will discuss proposed changes to Balboa Park among other issues confronting San Diego at a meeting of the Rancho Bernardo Chapter of the Brandeis National Committee at 1 p.m., Tuesday, October 11 at San Rafael Catholic Church, 17252 Bernardo Center Drive, Rancho Bernardo.
