Love Your Heart Day is a one-day event taking place on Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14, 9 am - 4 pm throughout San Diego County by activating residents to take charge of their own heart health and ‘know their numbers’ by providing free blood pressure screenings throughout the County. In partnership with local businesses and community organizations, over 2,000 San Diegans were screened in 2013. This time, the goal is to increase that number ten-fold! The Rancho Bernardo Community Council will be hosting this FREE event for all north county inland residents. The first 100 participants will receive a reusable cloth shopping bag filled with various good items. The event is open to people of all ages - children and adults. The location of the event will be at the Ed Brown Center, 18402 West Bernardo Drive San Diego - located in the Rancho Bernardo Community Park.
