One of the first tasks for PCM is to develop the community’s first website, officials wrote.

“The Bernardo Springs Board of Directors needed to significantly enhance the community’s Internet technology and Web services, an area of expertise that clearly differentiates PCM from its competitors,” said Jim Fraker, who will manage the Bernardo Springs account on behalf of PCM. “We’re pleased to have the opportunity to manage these and other important services for this wonderful community.”
