CSF FALL 2021 APPLICATIONS DUE - SEPT. 17
CSF applications for the FALL term are open to ALL Classmen. Freshmen who were previously members of CJSF at their middle school can apply for membership in fall 2021.

NHS APPLICATIONS FOR 2021-22 - DUE SEPT. 19
NHS applications for “New” and “Returning” members for the 2021-22 school year are open to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who have a cumulative weighted GPA of 3.5 or above.
1) Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who are NOT current NHS members must complete the “New Member NHS Application” at https://forms.gle/rsK91FnBLrrsG3pw7.
2) Current NHS members should complete the “Returning NHS Member Application” at https://forms.gle/yGGnBkbMGdj14NPz8.
NHS is proud to launch the “NHS Associates” program for Freshmen this year. This will allow a select few freshmen to participate in NHS programs with mentorship and guidance from current NHS members. All freshmen who have a GPA of 3.0 or above and have demonstrated interest in serving their communities are eligible to apply. Current Freshmen interested in the “NHS Associates program” must complete the “NHS Associates Application“ online at https://forms.gle/dBY91cW3jtDEVa1B7
