STEPS TO REGISTER:

1. Complete the registration form here
2. Turn in this waiver along with $65 dues to Mrs. Eibeck in room 401 or an officer by Friday, September 17th at 11:59 PM. (Check is preferred, but we will accept cash too. Please make checks payable to Rancho Bernardo High School and include “Student Name, Science Olympiad Dues” in the memo)
