Rec Council Seeks Nominees for Volunteer Award
The Rancho Bernardo Recreation Council is seeking nominations for the Glassman-Brown Recreational Leadership Award.
It's always good to say thank you, and this time the Rancho Bernardo Recreation Council wants to help local organizations offer up the kind words to one of their volunteers.
"It's a great way to show appreciation for our volunteers," said Nick Anastasopoulos, president of the RB Rec Council.
Through Jan. 25, the group will be accepting nominations for the Glassman-Brown Recreational Leadership Award, "developed in honor of its namesakes of Stuart Glassman and Edward Brown who were the pioneers in the leadership recreation in the Rancho Bernardo Community," as described in an announcement about the award.
