Renaissance and Medieval Musicians Courtly Noyse to Perform April 26 at RB Library
Popular San Diego group combines jokes, storytelling, vocal and instrumental music.

Courtly Noyse will perform a free concert at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 26 at the Rancho Bernardo Library, 17110 Bernardo Center Drive, in the second-floor Community Room. Presented by the Friends of the Rancho Bernardo Library, the group will perform in full Renaissance costume. Free-will donations are accepted to defray the cost of the musicians.
Formed in 2003, this group combines jokes, storytelling, vocal and instrumental music to entertain. The array of musical instruments used by the group generally were used from 500 to 1600 A.D., when music with multiple, independent melody lines began to be performed simultaneously.
