Rep. Hunter Returns From Congressional Visit to Afghanistan
The Congressman said more Afghans are "fully trained up," according to a local report.
The decrease in American troops in Afghanistan has caused the Afghans to "really step up," said Rep. Duncan Hunter.
The Congressman recently visited Afghanistan and reported that the war has "changed a lot" since he visited about 1.5 years ago with more Afghans being "fully trained up," according to a North County Times article.
