SDPD Holding Veterans Day DUI Checkpoint

The San Diego Police Department will be conducting a DUI checkpoint at an undisclosed location in the city between 9 p.m. and 4 a.m. Friday.

Officers will be checking drivers for signs of impairment due to alcohol consumption or drug use. The checkpoints are conducted periodically and funded through a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety.
