Skull Masked Armed Robber Hits PQ Circle K

A gunman wearing a skull mask robbed a convenience store in Rancho Peñasquitos early Wednesday, police said.

The armed robbery at the Circle K at 9370 Paseo Montalban was reported just after 3 a.m., according to San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.

The robber wielded a handgun and demanded money and cigarettes, he said. No injuries were reported.
