seminar entitled, The Ten Exercises Every
Senior Must Do
.  The primary goal of
all seniors is to live an independent and active lifestyle.  By spending just a few minutes each day on
these ten exercises that can be done at home, most seniors can develop the
skills they need to stay active and healthy. Seminar is at Personally Fit,
16880 West Bernardo Dr., Rancho Bernardo, on Friday, February 21, 10:00 – 11:00
am.  Seminar is free but space is limited
so you need to make a reservation by calling 485.6706.
