Two RB Buildings Sold for $53M
The buildings had been leased to Broadcom Corp., according to a report.
Two buildings in Rancho Bernardo have sold for $53 million, according to the San Diego Business Journal.
The buildings, at 16465 Via Esprillo and 11020 Via Frontera Drive, were sold to Drawbridge Realty Trust LLC of San Francisco, according to the report.
